Mr. Oppenheim has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial and residential real estate industry, and had been with Bayview Asset Management for more than 10 years prior to his departure. In 2012, he co-founded Market Street Real Estate Partners and has since completed over $535 million in commercial real estate transactions.
Mr. Oppenheim was head of a specialized group responsible for restructuring large balance and complex non-performing and sub-performing commercial loans and oversaw the property management division. Mr. Oppenheim was a member of the investment committee for the Bayview Opportunity Fund.
Previously, Mr. Oppenheim led the firm’s development projects and real estate acquisitions for repositioning, including retail, office and large scale leisure projects, in excess of $500 million. Prior to joining Bayview Financial, Mr. Oppenheim served as Chief Operating Officer of Gulfside Development where he directed the strategic turnaround and operation of more than $200 million in retail and industrial properties located in the mid-Atlantic region.
Previously, Mr. Oppenheim served as Executive Vice President of Mann Theatres in Los Angeles with primary responsibility for spearheading the company’s expansion into both California and Colorado. Mr. Oppenheim is originally a native of Pittsburgh and earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
Mr. Warman has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate development and investment industry and had been with Bayview Asset Management for 8 years prior to co-founding Market Street Real Estate Partners. Mr. Warman has since completed over $535 million in commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to leaving Bayview, Mr. Warman was a senior member of the firm’s commercial loan acquisition and asset management team. Previously, Mr. Warman was directly involved in identifying, negotiating and structuring real estate investment opportunities and oversaw most financial aspects of Bayview Asset Management’s real estate development and repositioning projects, including debt placements and restructurings.
Prior to joining Bayview, Mr. Warman was a Vice President at Credit Suisse First Boston’s Private Client Services Group and was a Vice President of Deutsche Bank’s Real Estate Investment Banking Group where he structured and underwrote private equity investments and loans, and participated in public and private equity transactions.
Through his family’s business in Mexico, Mr. Warman had also attained significant experience in both residential and office development. Mr. Warman holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
Mr. Serviansky has over 12 years of professional experience working in real estate finance, acquisitions, asset management and consulting. In 2012, he co-founded Market Street Real Estate Partners and has since completed over $535 million in commercial real estate transactions.
Mr. Serviansky previously served as Vice President with a privately-held, boutique real estate investment banking firm in New York where he participated in ground lease, refinancing, restructuring, development, acquisition and disposition transactions with a total value in excess of $2 billion. Prior to that, he worked with his family’s company, Landstar Development Corporation, where he focused on residential homebuilding, land development and acquisitions totaling more than 2,000 acres of developable property.
Mr. Serviansky received his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Stern School of Business at New York University where he was a fellow with the Consortium for Graduate Study in Management. He received his BA from Washington University in St. Louis.
